文明对话需要保持一定的宽容态度,维持文明的多样性。但是,“宽容”和“多样”不是文明对话的终极目标。为了避免文明对话成为表面的文化比较进而陷入文化相对主义和霸权主义,必须有超越性的前提。公理化方法是文明对话需要的超越性前提之一。从“中庸”出发的《论语》公理化诠释,不但体现了《论语》的精神实质,涵盖了《论语》的主要内容,而且符合“文明对话”的基本要求,是促进“文明对话”的有益尝试。
Dialogue among civilizations needs to maintain a certain tolerance and maintain the diversity of civilizations. However, “tolerance” and “diversity” are not the ultimate goal of civilized dialogue. In order to avoid the cultural comparison of the dialogue among civilizations and then fall into cultural relativism and hegemony, it is necessary to have the transcendental premise. The axiomatic method is one of the transcendental prerequisites for the dialogue of civilizations. The axiomatic interpretation of the Analects based on the Doctrine of the Mean not only reflects the spiritual essence of The Analects but also covers the main contents of The Analects and also meets the basic requirements of Dialogues of Civilization to promote the “ Civilized dialogue ”beneficial attempt.
