在新农药、新技术等多项植保技术推广应用中,我们以服务当前当地农业生产为宗旨,以技术贸易市场为依托,以四级农技推广网络为基础,积极开展联效承包服务。同时,加强与农药生产厂家的联合,走技工贸一体化、产供销一条龙的新路子,全心全意地为农民服务,得到了广大农户的欢迎和好评。1997～2002我们通过实施联效承包服务,加快了新农药、新技术等的推广应用速度,促进了通州市植物医院的技术贸易活动的全面开展,取得显著的社会经济效益,也使农民的经济收入
In the promotion and application of a number of new plant protection technologies such as new pesticides and new technologies, we aim to serve the current local agricultural production, relying on the technical trade market, and actively carry out joint-contract services based on the four-stage agricultural technology promotion network. At the same time, strengthen the cooperation with the pesticide manufacturers, take the trade and industry integration, production and marketing of new ways, serve the peasants wholeheartedly, has been welcomed and praised the majority of farmers. From 1997 to 2002, we accelerated the popularization and application of new pesticides and new technologies through the implementation of the joint effect contract service, promoted the comprehensive development of the technical trade activities of Tongzhou Botanical Hospital, achieved remarkable social and economic benefits as well as enabled the peasants’ economy income
