　　Purpose To decipher the mechanism and significance of ectopic neuritogenesis in retinal rod bipolar cells during the retinal remodeling.Methods Immunostaining of PKCα was conducted to show the changes of morphology of rod bipolar cells during the retinal degeneration of Royal College of Surge(RCS)rats.
