Tumor-associated signals-activatable nanosystems have attracted increasing attentions for precise delivery of anticancer drugs,which primarily target the tumor microenvironment and/or intracellular elements to enhance tumor penetration,increase intratumoral accumulation and promote drug release at the target site.
