丝裂霉素C对人膀胱移行细胞癌细胞株BIU-87的药效学研究
目的 体外研究丝裂霉素C 杀伤膀胱癌细胞的适宜给药间隔,并探讨其可能的机理,寻找临床高疗效、低复发率的膀胱灌注化疗。方法 分别在间隔24、48、72 和96 小时的时间节点,用MMC 处理BIU-87 细胞株各2 个小时共5 个周期,用MTT检测方法检测MMC 对BIU87 细胞株的抑制作用,用Western blot 方法分析p170,p53、Bcl-2 及Bax 的表达情况。
