目的:测定胡芦巴树脂提取物中荭草苷的含量。方法:采用高效液相色谱法,色谱柱为C18色谱柱(150mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈——0.2%磷酸水溶液(15∶85),检测波长为350nm。结果:荭草苷在进样量0.023~0.279μg(r=0.9999)范围内线性关系良好;平均回收率为100.1%;所测三批样品荭草苷含量分别为1.30%、1.41%、1.34%。结论:此方法简便、快速、准确,适用于胡芦巴树脂提取物中荭草苷的含量测定。
OBJECTIVE: To determine the content of tumble glycoside in fenugreek resin extract. Methods: The column was C18 column (150mm × 4.6mm, 5μm) with acetonitrile - 0.2% phosphoric acid (15:85) as the mobile phase at a detection wavelength of 350nm by high performance liquid chromatography. Results: The calibration curve showed that there was a good linear relationship between the elution and the injection volume of 0.015-0.279 g (r = 0.9999). The average recovery was 100.1%. The content of triclopyr was 1.30%, 1.41% and 1.34% . Conclusion: This method is simple, rapid and accurate and is suitable for the determination of the content of orientin in fenugreek resin extract.
