　　Deficiency of cystathionine β-synthase (CBS) activity is the most common cause of hyperhomocysteinemia (HHcy),and increased nitrative stress in HHcy may be associated with the deficiency of CBS activity.However,the molecular mechanisms remain unresolved.Thus,the goal of this study was to determine the contribution of nitrative stress to deficiency of CBS activity and to identify the nitration sites of CBS.
