目的: To evaluate the effects and mechanism of extrogenous Hyaluronate (HA) on promoting comeal wound healing 方法: Human corneal epithelial cell (HCEC)was incubated with different concentrations of Hyaluronate (0.03%,0.3%) to evaluate its efficiency of promoting cell migration and its modulation of repair factor (FN and CD44).After treated with 0.1% BAK and 90mmol/L NaCl-induced hyperosmolar conditions, the HCEC in ctrl, 0.03HA and 0.3HA group were detected the cell morphology, percentages of cell apoptosis and the expression of TNF-α and MMP-9 to analyze the protective roles of HA.Corneal epithelium defect rat models were established to test the therapeutic effects of 0.3%HA, then the wound healing rate was observed through silt lamp and inflammatory cytokines (IL-1β and MMP-9) and repair factor (FN and CD44) were detected by PCR.
