粘弹性流体圆柱绕流流噪声数值模拟研究

向水中添加可溶性高分子聚合物可以得到粘弹性流体。本文通过商用软件Fluent 的UDF 二次开发功能对粘弹性流体流经雷诺数100 的圆柱绕流进行二维数值模拟，并将流场仿真的结果进行声类比计算了流致噪声。粘弹性流体的本构方程选用FENE_P(L2=10000)模型，流场计算的结果与已有文献进行对比，吻合较好。数值模拟的结果表明，水溶性高分子聚合物的添加可以起到抑制流场噪声的效果，包括近场噪声和远场噪

采用欧拉–拉格朗日方法，并考虑气相与颗粒相的双向耦合，对管道内不同工况下气固多相流动进行了数值模拟。基于颗粒与壁面碰撞过程中的能量分析，建立了粉尘沉积–回弹模型，即粉尘颗粒与壁面碰撞后，法向速度所对应的动能大于壁面的黏附能才会回弹，否则会被壁面捕获。由此得出了粉尘颗粒的沉积准则以及颗粒碰撞后的回弹速度。
