目的：比较Protaper 镍钛锉、WaveOne 镍钛锉以及手用不锈钢K 锉在老年人下颌中切牙的根管预备效果。方法：收集因牙周病拔出的老年人下颌中切牙90 颗随机分为3 组，分别在显微镜下运用Protaper 镍钛锉、WaveOne 镍钛锉以及不锈钢锉进行根管预备，预备过程中观察从根尖孔推出的牙本质碎屑与液体，用预先称量的离心管收集，测量推出根尖孔液体的质量与牙本质碎屑的质量。
目的：对联合利用垂直牵张成骨和牙种植技术解决创伤性下颌骨缺损的疗效进行早期临床观察。方法：对1 例创伤性下颌骨前牙区骨缺损患者先利用垂直牵张成骨加高牙槽嵴，骨牵引完成后，在缺牙区植入牙种植体，骨整合完成后，再进行种植桥修复，同时通过临床检查和X 线观察其早期治疗效果。
