Background: Osteoporotic fractures have the characteristic of diverse and irregular fracture shape, high incidence of delayed union and nonunion, with decreased bone formation and impaired microarchitecture resulting in bone fragility.So the growth factors of bone induction should be applied to accelerate bone formation of osteoporotic fracture, and individual surgery design aims to cope with diverse and irregular fracture shape.
