以3个粳型光敏核不育系7001S、5088S及95076S为测验系,分别与不同类型的32个恢复系按NCⅡ测交得96个F1组合,CK1为合系41,云光12号为CK2,共130份材料。通过对玉溪点(海拔1 650 m)96个F1组合的竞争优势和配合力分析,结果表明:云南两系杂交稻的单株产量主要受特殊配合力影响,同时受不育系一般配合力效应的共同作用。F1产量杂种优势由全部基因型方差引起的占78.99%。说明单株产量受基因型非加性遗传的作用较突出,由不育系直接传给杂种的能力较强,而由恢复系直接传给杂种的能力较弱,且受栽培条件的影响较小。亲本利用价值评价:一般配合力最高的5个恢复系是:云恢168>制9>制2>南34>常粒杂交。3个不育系中以5088S一般配合力最好。
Based on the three japonica CMS lines 7001S, 5088S and 95076S, 96 F1 combinations were obtained from 32 restorer lines of different genotypes according to NCⅡ test.
