Li-ion battery has been considered as one of the most promising energy storage devices due to its high energy density,environmental friendliness,stable cycling life,and thermal stability [1].Transition metal oxides have been attracted increasing attention as anode materials for lithium ion batteries,such as MnO2,Fe2O3,SnO2,Fe3O4 and CuO have been considered as promising alternatives anode materials for lithium ion batteries.However,practical implementation of the transition metal oxides has been still hindered by a series of shortcomings,such as low initial coulombic efficiency,fast capacity fading and short cycle life.Graphene is widely applied as modified materials for electrodes of Li-on battery at present as one of the prominent carbon materials.Graphene is a one-atom-thick 2D sheet of sp2-bonded carbon atoms having thermal transport properties and exceptional mechanical [2].
