　　An improved predistortion circuit is proposed to compensate Ka-band TWTA of 6.5 dB gain compression and 49.5°and phase compression.Cascading it and the TWTA,the gains and phases difference of the linear system are within 1.34 dB and 11.3°,greatly improving the linearity of TWTA.
