Objective To evaluate the clinical effective and surgery qulity in patients with Uterine neoplasm who consented to undergo laparoscopic pelvic lymphadenectomy assisted radical vaglnal hysterectomy.Methods In 82 consecutive patients with stage Ⅰa to Ⅱb cervical cancer and on secutive patients with stage Ⅰb to Ⅲc endometrial cancer, lymphadenectomy assisted radical vaglnal hysterectomy were performed.and the summary was made on the operating time, blood loss inoperations,the operation complications and the recent prognosis using (research group) or no using ureter (comparison group) before operation.
