我国冲床车间噪声级高达90~110dB(A),其产生过程比较复杂.冲床借助于冲头动能冲裁零件,发生冲击过程.另外,降低冲床噪声同时,要考虑加工质量、生产率、成本以及操作方便等许多因素,因此要降低冲床噪声,显得既迫切而又艰巨.我国现有冲床噪声出厂标准,只考核空载噪声级.由于冲床转速一般较低,空载噪声级不高,而负载时的噪声,远高于空载噪声.所以,尽管制造部门冲床产品噪声级指标符合出厂标准,但在实际使用中,仍产生严重噪声,给人们带来危害极大.为此,提出研究冲床降噪课题是非常必要的.本文主要研究冲床曲轴连杆机构的负载噪声.
