We report recent progress on the stability of recovering wave speed from boundary measurements. Two cases are considered: the hyperbolic Dirichlet to Neumann map and the scattering relation. We showed that hyperbolic D-t-N map is not good for the reconstruction, while the scattering relation can be used to reconstruct wave speed in a stable way.
