　　The Accelerator Driven Sub-critical System (ADS) can transmute long-lived and high-level radioactive waste into short-lived radionuclides.The spallation target, a key component in the ADS, accepts the high energy protons from accelerator and produces neutrons to sub-critical reactor which can be called the heart of the ADS.An innovative concept of fluidized solid target, proposed by Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS), is designed preliminarily with the concept of the European latest target design of the lead-bismuth eutectic target.
