  Recently, mesoporous silica nanoparticles (MSN) have attracted much attention because they can serve as novel nanocarriers for on-demand drug release.However, many of the existing capping MSN have disadvantages.Therefore, the search for effective capping agents combining multifunction simultaneously, such as end-capped properties, bioactive targeting ability, still remains a big challenge and has been a research hotspot.Herein, multifunctional mesoporous silica nanoparticles were facilely prepared by LbL assembly method, with biocompatible PAMAM dendrimers and chondroitin sulphate, possessing auto-fluorescent property and targeting ability, enabling to encapsulating two kinds of drug with different loading mechanism and allowing their release upon exposure to cellular lysosomal pH and enzyme.
