By using UHPLC system with maximum pressure of 140 MPa,we have studied high speed,high resolution,and high sensitivity methods for drug-related compounds like biotechnology-based drugs,antibiotic,and bronchodilators.As the high speed and high resolution analysis,we introduce methods to analyze protein of bovine serum albumin(BSA)digested with trypsin.Furthermore,we developed analytical method of erythromycin and the related substances.Analysis of theophylline and the impurities is an example to show high sensitivity data.The speaker will explain various chromatographic data after a brief introduction of the instrumental principle,which might be helpful for your future drug analyses.
