乳酸杆菌对3T3-L1细胞成脂分化及代谢影响的研究

目的探究乳酸杆菌对前脂肪细胞(3T3-L1细胞)的成脂分化和生理代谢功能的影响。方法人体肠道来源乳酸杆菌Lactobacillus rhmonosus GG(LGG 菌)的冻干粉经复苏培养后，制备成不同浓度的菌悬液，添加到经培养3 天后生长至融合的小鼠前脂肪细胞3T3-L1细胞(3T3-L1细胞)，并加入分化诱导剂DM1共同培养3天，以不含LGG菌作为对照组。然后更换分化诱导剂DM2继续培养3

基于妊娠结局建立孕期膳食指数的研究
