为了研究水平灰缝配筋对非烧结砌体干燥收缩的影响,在砌体干燥收缩和徐变的变形模型假设基础上,采用老化理论分析砌体徐变效应,得到水平灰缝配筋对砌体干燥收缩的影响系数。对3片配筋率分别为0%、0.105%和0.209%的混凝土空心砖砌体墙,在温度为20±5℃、相对湿度为40%±5%环境中进行为期300d的干燥收缩试验,试验结果与理论分析基本一致,表明考虑砌体徐变将减小水平灰缝配筋砌体截面拉应力和砌体干燥收缩,且配筋率越大砌体干燥收缩越小。
In order to study the effect of horizontal grout reinforcement on the drying shrinkage of non-sintered masonry, based on the assumptions of the deformation model of shrinkage and creep of masonry, the aging theory was used to analyze the creep effect of masonry, Body drying shrinkage coefficient of influence. Three kinds of concrete hollow brick masonry walls with 0%, 0.105% and 0.209% reinforcement ratio were respectively tested for drying shrinkage at a temperature of 20 ± 5 ℃ and a relative humidity of 40% ± 5% for 300 days. The results are basically the same as the theoretical analysis, which shows that considering the creep of masonry will reduce the tensile stress of masonry section with horizontal mortar joints and the drying shrinkage of masonry. The larger the reinforcement ratio, the smaller the drying shrinkage.
