Infectious disease, such as malaria, represents a major threat to global health causing millions of human lives often due to late diagnosis and inefficient treatment.Combining DNA-based nanosensors and droplet microfluidics, we present an integrated platform to address current challenges in point-of-care diagnosis with high sensitivity and specificity.
