The forced vibration of a single-span remote cableway with remote control carriage is studied by using the homotopy analysis and experiments testing.The cable sag, the cable internal force, the cable stiffness, the carriage mass, the acceleration of the carriage, the velocity of the lifting weight, and others are taken account of.The excitation of the carriage is from acceleration and velocity of lifting weight.
