目的:建立RP-HPLC法测定八维钙锌片中烟酰胺、维生素B1、B2、B6的含量。方法:采用Phenom enex C18柱(150 mm×4.6 mm,5μm);流动相为庚烷磺酸钠溶液(取庚烷磺酸钠0.6 g,加冰醋酸6 mL与三乙胺1 mL,加水至1000 mL,用2 mol.L-1氢氧化钠溶液调节pH至3.80)-甲醇(80∶20);紫外检测波长为280 nm;流速为1 mL.m in-1。结果:烟酰胺的线性范围为26.463~423.40μg.mL-1(r=0.9999),平均回收率为100.8%,RSD为1.4%(n=9);维生素B1的线性范围为3.90~62.4μg.mL-1(r=0.9999),平均回收率为100.9%,RSD为1.3%(n=9);维生素B2的线性范围为4.64~74.24μg.mL-1(r=0.9999),平均回收率为99.7%,RSD为1.8%(n=9);维生素B6的线性范围为4.95~79.28μg.mL-1(r=0.9999),平均回收率为100.3%,RSD为2.8%(n=9)。结论:本方法操作简便,结果准确、可靠,可同时测定八维钙锌片中烟酰胺、维生素B1、B2、B6的含量。
Objective: To establish an RP-HPLC method for the determination of niacinamide, vitamin B1, B2 and B6 in eight-dimensional calcium and zinc tablets. Methods: Phenom enex C18 column (150 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm) was used as the mobile phase. The mobile phase was heptane sodium sulfonate (0.6 g sodium heptane sulfonate, 6 mL glacial acetic acid and 1 mL triethylamine) 1000 mL, adjusted to pH 3.80 with 2 mol·L-1 sodium hydroxide solution) -methanol (80:20); UV detection wavelength was 280 nm; flow rate was 1 mL.m in-1. Results: The linear range of niacinamide ranged from 26.463 to 423.40μg.mL-1 (r = 0.9999) with an average recovery of 100.8% and a RSD of 1.4% (n = 9). The linear range of vitamin B1 ranged from 3.90 to 62.4μg. The average recovery was 100.9% and the RSD was 1.3% (n = 9). The linear range of vitamin B2 was 4.64-74.24μg.mL-1 (r = 0.9999).
