Aim: The purpose of this study was to evaluate the association of CYP2E1 polymorphism with CsA-induced liver injury and to elucidate the possible molecular mechanism using gene function research.Methods: A total of 200 subjects, who were orally taking Cyclosporin A to prevent rejection reaction post organ-transplanting or to cure the autoimmune disease, were recruited from Qilu Hospital of Shandong University (Ji-nan, China) between January 2011 and December 2012.
