Diabetes has become a major global problem threatening public health,however,no curative medicine is found to reduce the prevalence rate of it,especially the type 1 diabetes(T1D).T1D is a chronic autoimmune disorder mediated mainly by effector T cells(Th1),but the factors inducing clinical disease remain largely unknown.
