Lactarius hatsudake gradually attracts nutntlonist attention in recent years regard as its special physiological activity,with high nutritional value and medicinal value.To increase the research of its mycelium cultivation,this thesis is aimed to screen and optimize the medium ofLactarius hatsudake.Uniform design method was adopted to optimize the cultivation medium based on the optimal amount of inorganic salts,as well as carbon and nitrogen from the previous screening program.
