　　Soil microbial biomass and communities regulate soil organic carbon(SOC)turnover and stabilization processes.This study was conducted to examine the effects of 10-yr contrasting tillage and straw management on soil microbial biomass,residues,community structure,and their underlining mechanisms with SOC sequestration under a wheat-corn double cropping system.
