Objective To detection of hepatitis E virus (HEV) among swines, rats, dogs, macaque, fishes in the related in Guangxi province.Methods 170 HEV antibody positive serum samples among swine, rats, and dog.150 liver tissue samples of rats, 80 fecal samples of dogs under the age of 3 months, 120 bile samples of fishes, 129 fecal samples of swine under the age of 3 months, and 130 fecal samples of macaque in the Longhushan Natural Parkwere collected in Guangxi province.HEV RNA was amplified by a reverse transcription nested polymerase chain reaction (RT-nPCR).
