基金组织的监督职能是其基本的三大职能之一,也是预防国际金融危机的重要手段。近年来,随着国际经济形势的变化,国际法理论研究的发展,尤其是晚近国际金融危机的巨大冲击,国际社会对改革IMF监督职能的呼声日益高涨。IMF存在监督范围狭窄,监督力度不够,决策监督机制的代表性和公平性不足三大问题,应在提高基金组织的公平性和代表性的前提下,进一步扩大其监督范围并强化其监督权能,以提高其应对危机的能力。
The supervisory function of the IMF is one of its three basic functions and an important means of preventing the international financial crisis.
