　　DNA polymerase is a critical protein utilized in Polymerase Chain Reaction(PCR)which is a fundamental biochemical technology in molecular biology.The production of nucleic acid aptamer based on Systematic Evolution of Ligands by Exponential Enrichment(SELEX)is one of the attractive fields of PCR application [1].In order to increase the stability of aptamer in vivo,mirror image of natural D-aptamer is an ideal candidate.Therefore,D-polymerase which is the mirror image of its natural counterpart is needed in SELEX.However,D-protein must be obtained through total chemical synthesis under the assistance of Solid Phase Peptide Synthesis(SPPS)and Native Chemical Ligation(NCL).
