　　To fred a best method to detect Escherichia coli (E.coli) O157:H7 in nature sample by validation of the specificity and sensitivity of 3 individual PCR techniques using uidA,rfbE andfliCt7 gene primers respectively.The specificities of the PCR techniques were validated by testing 30 strains including 2 O157:H7,5 strains belong to O157 and 23 non-O157 strains.The PCR sensitivities were also evaluated in this study.
