Study on metabolites of mangiferin tablet in rat urine

　　Mangiferin (1,3,6,7-tetrahydroxyxanthone-C-2-β-D-glucoside) has been isolated from the leave of Mangifera indica L.and prepared to tablet.In this study,five metabolites were isolated and identified from rat urine after administrated mangiferin tablet.The structures of those metabolites were determined to be 1,3,6,7-tetrahydroxyxanthone (M1),1,3,7-trihydroxy-6-methoxyxanthone (M2),1,3,7-trihydroxy xanthone (M3),1,3,6-trihydroxy-7-methoxyxanthone (M4) and 1,7-dihydroxyxanthone (M5),respectively.
