Autophagy is a lysosomal pathway linked to a variety of physiological functions and pathological conditions in mammals.Our long-term goal is to understand the signaling and molecular process of autophagy.We are currently employing multidisciplinary approaches, including cell imaging,protein biochemistry, structure biology, and genetic animal models, to dissect the autophagic process.
