对25Cr3Mo钢进行真空渗氮处理。对其渗氮层组织进行金相观察及显微硬度分析,并结合能谱线扫描(EDS)对渗氮层进行了进一步分析研究,最后利用盐雾腐蚀试验对真空氮化处理前后的试样进行加速腐蚀,用腐蚀增重对比分析试样在盐雾环境中的腐蚀情况。结果表明:随着渗氮时间的延长,白亮层厚度增加,硬度也增加,但耐腐蚀性能呈现先下降后增加的趋势,经6 h真空氮化的试样具有最优的耐蚀性能。
25Cr3Mo steel vacuum nitriding treatment. The microstructure and nitriding microstructure of the nitrided layer were analyzed. The nitrided layer was further analyzed by EDS, and the samples before and after vacuum nitriding were tested by salt spray corrosion test. Accelerated corrosion, corrosion weight comparison analysis of the sample corrosion in salt spray environment. The results show that with the increase of nitriding time, the thickness of the white bright layer increases and the hardness increases. However, the corrosion resistance of the white bright layer increases first and then decreases. The samples with the nitriding after 6 hours have the best corrosion resistance.
