目的:考察活性炭对甘草酸二铵磷脂复合物(GPC)注射液生产工艺过程的影响,寻求最佳生产工艺。方法:通过正交设计考察加炭量、活性炭的加入方式、加热温度以及加热时间4个因素对药物含量的影响,采用L9(34)正交表进行了详细的考察。结果:正交试验结果表明,活性炭在加热前加入,加入量为0.05%,加热温度为80℃,加热时间为35m in时对药物的吸附量最少。结论:生产过程中应该对上述因素进行控制,以保证产品的质量。
Objective: To investigate the effect of activated carbon on the production process of diammonium glycyrrhizinate phospholipid (GPC) injection and to seek the best production process. Methods: The effects of the amount of carbon added, the method of adding activated carbon, the heating temperature and the heating time on the drug content were investigated by orthogonal design. The L9 (34) orthogonal table was used to investigate the effects of the factors on the drug content. Results: The results of orthogonal test showed that activated carbon was added before heating, the addition amount was 0.05%, the heating temperature was 80 ℃ and the adsorption time was 35min. Conclusion: The production process should control the above factors to ensure product quality.
