A long-time working gas generator with no cooling device is designed and studied.The heat flux on the gas-wall side is estimated by engineering methods basing on the formula of buzz and one-dimension isentropic equation.The analysis shows that the materials heat sink is in dominating effect of heat emanating in the condition of no thermal protection,the structure temperature in the balance time is almost the same; The subtraction between the max and min temperature will increase to the top at some time; Increasing the initiative temperature of gas generator,decreasing the wall thickness of gas generator,and using material with high thermal conductivity will decrease the max subtraction,changing the special heat makes no difference; decreasing the wall thickness of gas generator,using material with high thermal conductivity and special heat can decrease the time when the max subtraction reaches,the initiative temperature of gas generator has no influence; Increasing the initiative temperature of gas generator,decreasing the wall thickness of gas generator,and using material with high thermal conductivity and low special heat can reduce the balance time.
