文章针对空气处理过程中能量损耗问题,提出应用热管换热器回收排风废冷及代替二次加热器,解决了冷热抵消的矛盾。实际现场试用证明节能效果显著。本文还介绍了笔者设计的一种结构简单、便于调节的新型热管换热器。
In view of the problem of energy loss during air treatment, the article proposes the use of heat pipe heat exchangers to recover exhaust air cooling and replace secondary heaters, thus solving the contradiction between cold and hot offsets. The actual on-site trial proves that the energy-saving effect is significant. This article also introduced a new type of heat pipe heat exchanger designed by the author with simple structure and easy adjustment.
