Objective: To observe the effects and safety of 10.6 μm infrared laser in relieving cancer-related fatigue in comparison with sham control.Methods: A total of 46 patients with cancer-related fatigue were randomly assigned into real (n=23) and sham (n=23) infrared laser groups, with 10.6 μm infrared laser and sham treatment on ST36, CV4, and CV6, respectively.
