　　Objective: Danggui Buxue Tang (DBT) is a classical traditional Chinese herbal formula.Previous studies showed that total glucosides of Danggui Buxue Tang (DBTG), an extract from DBT, attenuated bleomycin-induced pulmonary fibrosis (PF) in rats via inhibition of ECM.In this research, we test the hypothesis that DBTG may inhibit pulmonary fibrosis through adjusting the balance of Heme oxygenase-1 (HO-1)/NADPH oxidase-4 (NOX4).
