　　To discover whole genome-wide polymorphisms between Zhenshan97 (ZS97) and Milyang46 (MY46), the parents of an elite three-line indica hybrid Shanyou 10, the whole-genome re-sequencing analysis of ZS97 and MY46 was done using Solexa sequencing technology.
