The dream of a hydrogen economy envisioned by politicians,economists,and environmentalists has been pursued for decades,and one of the most promising fields is the application of hydrogen fuel cell,especially fuel cell vehicles (FCVs).Lux Research Report forecasts that the FCVs market will reach a total of $2 billion by 2030,approximate 2/3 of the total fuel cell market,as shown in figure 1[1].
