  Modeling research could provide the support of theory for scale-up and design of F-T (Ficher-Tropsch) synthesis slurry reactor. In this work, a reasonable double bubble model for F-T Slurry bubble column reactor (SBCR), taking into account the hydrodynamics, kinetics, heat transfer, and mass transfer, was developed, where several hydrodynamic and mass transfer empirical correlations considering operating conditions and physical properties in a pilot-scale SBCR using real F-T liquid wax were used.
