为了调查小麦孢囊线虫(Cereal cyst nematode,CCN)等在安徽省小麦根际发生种类和分布,以及其对小麦产量的影响,我们利用"zig-zag"法对萧县等有代表性的22个县市的小麦地行土壤取样,分别用Fenwiek&Oostenbriak法和贝尔曼法分离土样中的胞囊和根土样中的移动线虫.依据de Man法测计线虫的形态学数据,结合雌虫阴门锥形态对比等方法,进行种类鉴定.结果表明,发生在
