We will consider the diffusion adaptive filters where a network of sensors is required to collectively estimate time-varying signals(or parameters)from noisy measurements.Stability and performance analysis of the distributed LMS algorithm will be established, which shows that the network of sensors can cooperate to estimate successfully, even though any single sensor does not have such a capability.
