新型自润滑复合材料是随着近代科学技术发展而产生的一门新材料学科。由于它在特殊环境下具有优异的性能,因而,近年来发展迅速,应用广泛。本文主要介绍金属基自润滑复合材料 JFS-2及其摩擦磨损特性。该材料是根据我国航空技术发展需要,在金属—氟塑料自润滑复合材料 JFS-1基础上研制的。这种材料高温下有好的摩擦磨损性能,是一种有良好抗摩功能的新型自润滑复合材料。
The new type of self-lubricating composite material is a new material subject that has emerged with the development of modern science and technology. Due to its excellent performance under special circumstances, it has developed rapidly and has been widely used in recent years. This article introduces the metal-based self-lubricating composite material JFS-2 and its friction and wear characteristics. The material is based on China’s aviation technology development needs, in the metal - fluorine plastic self-lubricating composite material JFS-1 based on the development. This material has good friction and wear properties at high temperatures, is a new anti-friction function of the new self-lubricating composite material.
