　　SERS nano-tags,comparing with the other labels such as dye or QDs,have gained widespread attention due to their exceptional photophysical properties.[1] However,"bare" SERS nano-tags are instable and biotoxicity.Recently,a general approach is to coat a silica shell to overcome the above shortcomings.On top of that,silica shells are easily modified with functional groups and can prevent the interference signals from the medium.
