The key issue of the theory of natural planetary processes on the Earth and other celestial bodies, is the question about the sources of endogenous activity and the underlying mechanism of energetic excitation of celestial bodies.We offer a solution to this difficult question on the basis of the mechanism of excitation of the shells of a celestial body by gravitational attraction of the external celestial bodies.
