[Objective] To analyze and investigate the clinical characteristics,diagnosis,treatment and prognosis of IgG4-related sialadenitis case and improve the understanding of the disease.
[目的]探讨IgG4 相关涎腺炎的临床特点、诊断及治疗、预后,提高对该病的认识.[方法]报道1 例IgG4 相关涎腺炎的临床表现、血清学及治疗效果并进行相关文献复习.[结果](1)病例报告：患者男,67 岁,双侧颌下腺肿大,口干.B 超显示右侧颌下腺大小约4.3*1.9cm,左侧颌下腺大小4.2*2.1cm,回声不均,提示双侧颌下腺弥漫性病变.血清学检测显示IgG4 升高至7410mg/L、IgG
